Business Manager: Colleen Blanchard

With more than 10 years of direct budget and financial management experience, Colleen is currently the Business Manager for the Institute of Public Health where she is responsible for the management of the Institute’s financial operations, as well as overseeing payroll and human resource activity.  In addition to her budget and financial experience she has worked on the facilitation, coordination, and scheduling of seminars on Cultural Diversity and Health Care for educational professionals. Colleen has a Masters degree in Anthropology, and has completed doctoral studies in Public Communication.
